Team apparel

May 29th

Hi All

You should have received your swimmers team shirts and all other apparel items that you may have ordered.  Please double check that you received the correct items/sizes.  If you received something in error (wrong size or item) please email me.  If you did not get yours at the swim meet last week, I will have your items at the meet tomorrow night.  If you have a Guppy you can get your items from Lori, our Guppy mom.

Iron Man & Iron Chick

Iron Man and Iron Chick
Each child has the opportunity to earn this award. To qualify, each swimmer must correctly swim each of the 6 meet events (swimmers age 8 & under need complete only 5 events):

  • Short freestyle (age 10 & under, 25 meters; 11 & older, 50 meters)
  • Long freestyle (age 10 & under, 50 meters; 11 & older, 100 meters)
  • Breast Stroke
  • Back Stroke
  • Butterfly
  • Individual Medley (butterfly, back, breast, free)

    A sticker poster by the pool will help the kids to keep track of which strokes they have completed towards their Iron Man and Iron Chick goals. At the end of the year each child who accomplishes their goal will be awarded a special prize at the July season ending party.
