Signup Instructions for Swim Strokes and Jobs at Meets

Schedules & Volunteer Tab….then Sign Up Calendar

Find the meet that you need to sign up for

Click the Meet Entry button to the right

Your child(s) name(s) will appear.

Click “Edit” under your child(s) name

Next to the name is a drop down menu that you will click “Attending”…or “Not Attending” (this is how you will let us know if your child is not going to swim in a meet.

Then enter (3) strokes to swim.

Please do this for each swimmer.

Then hit “Save”

At the top is a “Sign-up for Jobs” tab…click

Parents names will appear and click sign-up for jobs

Click your Job and then Save Assignments.

Please make sure you look at which half of the meet you are signing up for.

Easy peasy….all done!!
