Hurricane Families, 

Great swim season!! We are so thankful that we had a swim team this year, with all the uncertainty in our world today. At least for the summer, we provided a little normalcy for our kids. 

Parents, thank you for all did to make this season a success. We appreciate all your support and dedication. We couldn’t do this without you. GREAT PARENTS and GREAT KIDS!!! 

Coaches, thank you for all you did to bring out the very best in each swimmer. We are very blessed to have such great coaches. Thank you for the generous gifts, so kind of everyone. Paige and I will meet in August to rap this season up and begin planning for next year.

Looking forward to swim season 2021!!!

Iron Man & Iron Chick

Iron Man and Iron Chick
Each child has the opportunity to earn this award. To qualify, each swimmer must correctly swim each of the 6 meet events (swimmers age 8 & under need complete only 5 events):

  • Short freestyle (age 10 & under, 25 meters; 11 & older, 50 meters)
  • Long freestyle (age 10 & under, 50 meters; 11 & older, 100 meters)
  • Breast Stroke
  • Back Stroke
  • Butterfly
  • Individual Medley (butterfly, back, breast, free)

    A sticker poster by the pool will help the kids to keep track of which strokes they have completed towards their Iron Man and Iron Chick goals. At the end of the year each child who accomplishes their goal will be awarded a special prize at the July season ending party.
