Swim Meet Info for Tomorrow

Hurricanes,

Please find attached the Swim Meet information for tomorrow!  We are super excited for our 1st meet.  It should be a great time and once again we ask for your patience as we work through our first 'virtual' meet.  THANK YOU to all that have volunteered.  

The Heat Sheet for tomorrow is also attached.  You may print it out if you like OR you can download the Swimtopia APP, use your email/password and it will bring up all your swimmer's events.  

Also, we will have concessions for sell tomorrow - chickfila, Kona Ice, miscellaneous concessions as well as HTCC hurricane items.

Iron Man & Iron Chick

Iron Man and Iron Chick
Each child has the opportunity to earn this award. To qualify, each swimmer must correctly swim each of the 6 meet events (swimmers age 8 & under need complete only 5 events):

  • Short freestyle (age 10 & under, 25 meters; 11 & older, 50 meters)
  • Long freestyle (age 10 & under, 50 meters; 11 & older, 100 meters)
  • Breast Stroke
  • Back Stroke
  • Butterfly
  • Individual Medley (butterfly, back, breast, free)

    A sticker poster by the pool will help the kids to keep track of which strokes they have completed towards their Iron Man and Iron Chick goals. At the end of the year each child who accomplishes their goal will be awarded a special prize at the July season ending party.
