Swim Team Newsletter Week 1

Hurricanes!

What a gorgeous day we are having! Thankful for the sunshine.  We are SO EXCITED to get our swim season started on Monday.  Please see the newsletter for detailed information.

Important to Note:

Monday's practice is DRYLAND practice only at 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm in the grassy area beside the pool.  Tuesday will be begin morning pool practice and continue with dryland practice in the evenings for this week.

All 6 and Under Parents - Monday, June 1st at 5:00 pm - Coach Liz is holding a mandatory Swim Assessment to determine if the swimmers can swim the length of the pool unassisted.  They do not need to know strokes, but they do need to be able to swim 25 meters without help. We were unable to have a Guppy Team this year due to the younger swimmers needing assistance in the pool and we are unable to provide that consistently due to social distancing rules.

Please let us know if any questions.

Best,

Lori & Paige
