Swim Meet info - Tonight at Woody Creek
Hurricanes!
TODAY we are headed to Woody Creek for our "out of division" swim meet. This is the same pool where we swam Divisionals last year. Please note that this swim meet begins at 5:00 pm. Swimmers should be at the pool at 4:00 pm for warmups.

Time to be at WC pool: 4:00 pm for swimmers - for stretching and then in the pool for warmups at 4:15 pm. Volunteers for 1st half check in at 4:45 pm. Meet begins at 5:00 pm.

Heat Sheet: Attached is a heat sheet for you to print if you can. Woody Creek will have a limited supply printed for sale.
Parking: Please obey parking signs posted in the neighborhood and find parking along the street.
Concessions: Will be sold under the pavilion- Chick fil a Nuggets and sandwiches, hamburgers, hotdogs, pizza, pasta, drinks, candy, etc.
For our Volunteers; Check in at our team tent area. 1sthalf volunteers should be checked in by 4:45 pm. Officials and Timers report to the tent behind starter stand. THANK YOU to those that are volunteering!
Please bring:
**Tent -please bring if you have one to put up beside our team tent, tailgate chairs, snacks, water bottles, goggles (an extra pair if they break), towel, sweatshirt, CASH, Spirit Buddy gift if your child is participating. Bug spray & Sharpies to write events on arms.

Each
child has the opportunity to earn this award. To qualify, each swimmer
must correctly swim each of the 6 meet events (swimmers age 8 &
under need complete only 5 events):

sticker poster by the pool will help the kids to keep track of which
strokes they have completed towards their Iron Man and Iron Chick goals.
At the end of the year each child who accomplishes their goal will be
awarded a special prize at the July season ending party.
